Store order returns

Eligible store orders may be reviewed for return or exchange if the product is unused, in original condition, and reported within the stated return window shown at purchase or in customer support messages.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after inspection or confirmation. Bank or processor timelines may affect when funds appear in the customer account.

Non-returnable items

Personalized, final-sale, digital, hygiene-sensitive, damaged-by-customer, or opened restricted products may not qualify for return unless required by applicable consumer protection rules.

Affiliate product returns

Affiliate purchases are completed with third-party sellers. Returns, warranties, exchanges, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the seller according to their policies.
